Our history

IT EUROMEDIA (Innovazione Tecnologica Euromedia Srl), established in 1997 in Cagliari, has over the years become a prominent entity within the ICT sector, playing an instrumental role in the evolution of a nascent information society in Sardinia during that period.
With expertise in ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital transformation, IT Euromedia develops tailored solutions designed to meet the specific clients needs. The company is committed to helping organisations achieve their goals by delivering effective, specialised services with a focus on security and reliability.

Today, IT Euromedia serves as a technology and strategic partner to its clients, offering consultancy, design, solutions and technologies for ICT infrastructure, digital transformation and IT security. Additionally, the company provides communication and marketing services, supporting organisations in the development and implementation of effective strategies.

Since September 2026, IT Euromedia has been part of Zenita Group, an ecosystem of specialised companies and expertise that expands and strengthens its ability to provide clients with integrated, innovative and high-value-added solutions.

Business organization

IT Euromedia is structured across three levels, aligning with international standards for companies operating in the ICT sector: Strategic Management, Operational Management, and Research & Development (R&D).
In addition to the Administrator, the corporate structure includes the role of a General Manager, who oversees and monitors the proper execution of all the company’s strategic activities, coordinating with other corporate functions and clients.

The comb-like structure ensures maximum collaboration among all corporate components: from Administration and Control to the Purchasing and Logistics department, not forgetting the pivotal roles of Business Development, Technical Development, and, last but not least, Research & Development.
